Information Center

The Albany International Airport Information Center is located on the first level of the terminal between the ticket and baggage claim areas. 

The Information Center is staffed by representatives of the Albany County Convention and Visitors Bureau and is open Monday-Friday 6AM - 11PM, Saturday and Sunday from 7AM - 11PM. The Information Center provides paging services, flight information, directions, ground transportation, bus tickets, newspapers, tourist attractions and hotels.
