Meeting Rooms

The Albany International Airport welcomes members of the community to utilize our public areas for meetings and events.

The Observation Level at the Albany International Airport is available to Public Benefit and Not-For-Profit groups of 70 or more.

The Observation Level can seat up to 100 individuals for dinners and receptions. The fee for all groups using the Observation Level is $150.00. All food and beverage served on the observation level must be provided through airport vendors or outside catering services. Groups interested in using the Observation Level must make reservations by contacting the Albany County Airport Authority at 518 242-2222.

The Business Center, located on the terminal's second level C-Concourse offers three Conference Rooms that are available to businesses, individuals or community groups. The Business Center's large conference room features Video Conference. The fees for using the Business Center conference rooms are as follows:

Large Room - $50 per hour

Medium Room - $35 per hour

Small Room - $25 per hour
