Cape Air to Begin Service at Albany Cape Air will begin providing air services between Albany International Airport and three locations in upstate New York beginning September 16, 2008. Cape Air will provide connecting service to Watertown, Massena and Ogdensburg. Cape Air will operate 9-passenger Cessna-402 aircraft. New Escalators Operating The installation of two new escalators to serve passengers at Albany International AIrport has been completed. Airport To Launch Test of Hydrogen-Powered Vehicles David E. Langdon, chairman of the Albany County Airport today announced the launch of the Airport’s portion of HyIMPACT, a joint hydrogen vehicle test program which will be undertaken by the Albany International Airport and the Capital District Transportation Authority.
