
Phase 1 included the full renovation of Gates A1 and A2, completed in July 2025. Previously ground-loading gates, A1 and A2 were converted to feature new, state-ofthe-art jet bridges, significantly improving traveler comfort, accessibility, and allweather operations. This phase also delivered upgraded building systems and refreshed finishes, setting the standard for the remainder of the Concourse A rehabilitation.
Phase 2 focused on the full reconstruction of Gates A3 and A4. These gates are now complete and open to travelers, featuring refreshed finishes, improved passenger seating areas.
Phase 3 included the full renovation of the final two gates in Concourse A, Gates A5 and A6, which are now complete and open to travelers. This phase continued the concourse-wide modernization effort with upgraded finishes, improved passenger seating areas, and new high-top and desk-top seating options designed to better accommodate business travelers and others looking to work or charge devices before boarding their flights. With the completion of Phase 3, all six gates in Concourse A have now been renovated and modernized.
